We are a small family owned cage less Cattery. My favorite hobby since 1992 has grown from 2 pets to 10 breeding cats and 1 retired cat. In my house "raised under foot" has a whole new meaning. I have three young active boys and two Golden Retrievers and everyone has the run of the house, so all of my kittens are very well adjusted and used to most anything!
Our kittens are what are considered "Doll Faced," which means that they have a short face and avoid the problems that some "extreme" Persians experience. All of our cats are Color Point Carriers so I am able to breed many of the Himalayan and Persian colors. Himalayans and Persians the same breed, just with different color patterns and eye colors!
When our kittens are ready for their new home, they have had their first set of shots, been de-wormed, have a health certificate and registration papers. Our kittens are raised in a family environment and we make no claim other than they are happy health kittens. Kittens are not allowed to go to their new homes until they are 8 weeks old, vet checked, and we feel they are ready.

I try to tell you about the personality and habits of each kitten, but as they grow they continue to learn things, good or bad. And as this picture to the left shows, they be be quite a handful as they grow! They sure can keep you amused, and really brighten you day. But just like kids you never know what they will do!!
I feed Purina kitten food dry (no wheat gluten) & use a pine pellet litter in uncovered litter boxes. I send sample of both food and litter home with your kitten so that they may continue to have the same items at their new homes as they did here, and make the transitions to your home as easy as possible and to help ensure they use there good manners with you.
Pricing,Shipping & Pickup info
You are welcome to pick up your new kitten at our home or we can shipped your new pet. The cost of shipping (approx. $250) includes the price of a airline-approved kennel, a second vet appointment to receive a required health certificate as close to shipping date as possible, and priority mailing of all original documents regarding the kitten. Shipping price is subject to change depending on current airline prices and layover charges. For the safety and health of the kitten shipping will not be done in extreme weather or when shipping time is deemed excessive or stressful to the kitten. I will not ship out of the United States.

Soma and Ivy both went out to San Francisco and arrived happy to meet Alison and Curt,and have now settled back on the East Coast.It was Soma's 1st birthday this month and isn't she a love here with her little sister!!

If you would like a particular kitten cost is $500, a deposit of $100 maybe made at anytime before the kitten is ready to go home to hold it, but no kitten shall be held until a deposit is made. The deposit will be completely refundable if breeder is unable to deliver that kitten, if the client changes there mind on a kitten already born $50 will be withheld from the returned deposit.

If you would like to put a pick deposit down on a future mom let me know so I can do over the details with you. A pick deposit is $100 for first pick and $50 for second, the check will not be cashed until you've chosen your kitten.
Please read this next section carefully , it's what I call "the small print" , I try to make things as easy as possible for both myself and my buyers, these next statements are to clearly state what I expect from a buyer and what they can expect from me.
Due to fraud, a kitten cannot be shipped until payment has cleared. So kittens needing shipping must be paid in full 14 days before shipping date in order to give the payment time to clear. Kittens cannot be shipped COD.
Kittens cannot be shipped during extreme weather, the Airline has final say over what "extreme" weather is.
I reserve the right to decline to sell any kitten at any point and all payment will be returned if any had been made if I cancel the sale.
Kittens are typically ready to go home at 8 weeks if you cannot take possession of the kitten at that time full payment for that kitten is required by that 8 week birthrate and I will hold the kitten for you until you are ready, within reason of course and if I agree to it. If payment is not received at 8 weeks (6 weeks if shipping) kitten will be up for adoption and you will forfeit your deposit. For those kittens that are bought after the 6 week birthdate, the buyer understands that the kitten cannot be shipped until the payment has had time to clear the bank (typically 10-14 days), so getting the payment in quickly is important.
Our kittens are raised in a family environment and we make no claim other than they are happy healthy pets. We offer a 12 month guarantee on fatal congenital defects. If for any reason there is a genetic issue the buyer agrees to obtain a full report from their vet and provide it to the seller at the immediate time defect is noticed. It is up to the sellers discretion if a refund or replacement will be issued. No money will be refunded if you do not "like" your kitten, personallity it developes as they grow.
A copy of the below Health Guarantee will be mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit for a kitten. It must be signed or acknowledged and returned before your kitten will be shipped.
All4pauz guarantees that the kitten named above is free of the Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) at the time of purchase. The kitten is also guaranteed to be free of intestinal parasites and up to date on all vaccinations. A copy of the kitten's health certificate will be given to the buyer at the time of purchase. In addition, All4pauz cannot warranty this kitten against any adverse reactions to future vaccinations.
It is my suggestion that you have your kitten examined by your own veterinarian within 3 days of picking up your kitten, going home can be stressful to a young kitten and this is to protect their health and your peace of mind.
If a licensed veterinarian finds the kitten to have a serious illness or deformity, a written statement by the veterinarian on his or her letterhead identifying the problem must be given to All4pauz within the 10 days. The kitten may then be returned to the cattery at the buyer's expense for one of similar quality. Serious illness is defined as shortened or painful lifespan (upper respiratory infection is a kitty cold and not a serious infection). All4pauz is not responsible for the costs of shipping a replacement kitten.
Buyer is responsible for all financial obligations once the kitten is released from All4pauz. This includes future exams, office visits, lab tests, vaccinations, medications. By signing this contract, the buyer is accepting these terms. Kittens need vaccinations at 8 weeks (done before leaving by a vet), 12 weeks, 16 weeks and yearly boosters. Spaying is recommended to be done between 6 and 9 months to prevent unwanted issues. If you choose to have your kitten declawed please be aware that they do this by removing the bone to the first knuckle of the kittens toe.
If the above named kitten dies within 1 (one) year of the date of purchase due to hereditary or congenital defects, All4pauz will replace the cat or kitten with one of similar quality. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. To determine if the cat's death has been caused by a congenital or hereditary defect, All4pauz must receive written statement by the veterinarian on his or her letterhead identifying the problem.
Failure to have the kitten examined by a veterinarian within the stated amount of time, or any evidence of abuse, neglect, or mishandling releases All4pauz from any responsibility regarding the kitten.
